I love this place. When you get there you will mainly work with Chris who's a Service Manager, but I've interacted not only with him, but all the mechanics as well. They are all friendly, honest, and intelligent people. It is a rare thing having an entire shop with such a good vibe. I've been there many times, my Fiat is 8 years old with 143,000 miles on it. Most recently with Engine Multiair failure. They were always able to find the problem and bring the car back on road fully functioning. I've never left disappointed. It is a rare thing finding a place like this in this city.

I have visited Palmetto Alfa Romeo-Fiat Service Department twice, first time I was in for oil and fluids maintenance and the second time was for a recall of a sensor. For my oil/fluids maintenance Chris provided me with a loaner vehicle because I needed a battery replacement instead of making me come back, I was in and out in no time, loaner was provided no hesitation whatsoever. For my second visit I was in and out in under 20 minutes for the sensor recall. Chris and Tim are car enthusiasts and take pride in maintaining the vehicles, and are second to none in customer service. I'm very impressed with the professionalism of this entire dealership. We called and negotiated a deal over the phone, so we wouldn't waste any time when got there. As soon as we arrived, the paperwork was ready, and it wasn't a penny more than the number we had previously discussed. I test drove the car, asked a few questions, and signed the paperwork. This was the 6th dealership I visited over a week, with one bad experience after the next, but this dealership - and everyone in it - was beyond pleasant. Eddie was very knowledgeable (and hilarious) and gave us an informative lesson on lowering our insurance premium, even with a lease. Jazz and Amanda were very helpful in getting us to understand the technology in the vehicle. And Chris was a total gentleman and a man of his word.
